                   S.A.L.T: Youth Ministry

                                   of Salem Lutheran Church and Lyndale United Church of Christ

                                   "You are the salt of the earth..." Matthew 5:13

Led by intrepid Youth Minister LaTeasha Richardson

~~~~~~Current Events~~~~~~
This month the youth ministry is rather quiet.  We're recovering from a busy March of understanding Lent, attending a lock-in with Lynhurst UCC, and participating in a 30-hour fast.  All of April's activities share one goal: Replenish!
· Youth Group---Teen Teach
Our youth will have the opportunity to increase their skills by partnering with an adult teacher to co-teach our youth group lessons.
· Volunteering---In Service
Our youth will explore ways to serve our communities by volunteering.  Each volunteer task will earn credit that can be used in our youth group auction in May!
And while our youth minister is at home recovering from surgery, she will still be connecting with our youth on a regular basis, assisting them when she can, and keeping a close eye on them!
